Schwab Property Solutions was started by Brandon Schwab in 2009 after he went through a disaster dealing with a under water home. He remembers keenly how it felt to in a situation where your home was worth $100,000 less than what you still on owe it. This situation made him not only realize the importance of real estate knowledge but the knowing ALL of your options before you make a decision. SPS was formed as a solutions based company to help those who are not helped otherwise, buyers and sellers alike.

Schwab Property Solutions is now located at 1402 N Riverside Dr, Suite 203, McHenry, IL 60050 where we currently provide income opportunities for over 339 property scouts throughout the country plus our office admin staff. WorkWithSPS.com was formed to give organization to inbound leads from our property scouts all over the country and allow our management team a way to filter leads appropriately.
